hi, may i ask what is the itinerary like for departure on the 19 dec, as i am worried if the free day in vegas will fall on Christmas whereby all the premium outlets will be closed. thank you.

Las Vegas Free Day will fall on December 24th (Chrsitmas Eve).

Generally, stores are only open half day on Christmas eve.

To qualify for the "Buy 2 get 1 free" offer, the 3rd person must share a room with the original 2 passengers.

If you would like an additional room for the 3rd person it will be regular price.

Regular price for 2 rooms 3 people is $2,984.00

To take full advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free offer for 6 people, you must book: Room 1: 3 adults Room 2: 3 adults. Then you will receive 2 people's tour price free. Please note: You will still have to pay for the optional tour fees, service fees, and theme park admission fees for the 3rd person for this type of tour Now My Question is can i book additional room for the 2 people that receive a free tour? Thank you

hi Jamie, thanks for the quick replied :) i've changed my mind..and i will take this tour depart from LA, on sept 21, 2011. is it possible for us (me and my husband), to end this tour in las vegas after visiting Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens? because we want to extend 1 more night in las vegas. You will not receive a transfer back to the hotel if you join the tour to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical cactus Gardens.

However, you may arrange for your own taxi to get back from the Chocolate Factory to your Las Vegas hotel.

If you are able to arrange your own transfer, then you will be able to depart after visiting those two sites.

hi , i will like to ask if i were to join the tour on the 24th, it happens that its a christmas eve and the following is christmas, will there be any changes to the itinerary as some attractions may be closed? 2)can i ask if there are other similar tours you can suggest that covers both san fran and LA , but does not cover any theme parks, as i will atually be arriving in LA on the 21st evening. 3)If i book my pre- arrival hotels from tours4fun , say the Wilshere hotel for the night of 21-24th, will tour4fun do a complimentary airport pick up for my party of 5?

1) For this tour, the itinerary order will be dependent upon your arrival date. All sights will open as scheduled and arranged by the tour guide, even during Christmas.

2) We recommend the following:

Hi, I'm interested in joining the Oct11 tour, was wondering since we will be in LA already on that day, can we just go directly to the hotel (it said that it'd be either Holiday Inn or Howard Johnson) both of which will be nearer than going back to the airport to be picked up. If that's possible, what time should we go to the hotel? And what do you usually do in Day 1? Thanks.

Hi Marlon:

You are welcome to self transfer to the hotel on Day 1 of the tour. Check in time is 3PM. Normally Day 1 is an airport transfer day for all arriving passengers. For those that arrive early and are dropped off at the hotel, they usually take the hotel shuttle bus and head towards Downtown Disney/Disneyland/California Adventure for a day of fun. The hotel also offers shuttle service to other nearby shopping centers as well. For customers that wish for late evening check in, they arrange their own scheduling of events before they are picked up and transferred to the hotel.

This tour only allows one small carry on per passenger, as this is only a one day tour. We recommend that you leave your luggage at your hotel.
